Accessing your transaction history on omotogel
Log into your omotogel account on Android, iOS, or desktop. Tap your account menu (usually a profile icon or settings button). Select "Transaction History" or "Account Activity." The page loads showing your recent transactions in reverse chronological order—newest first. You see the date, time, transaction type (deposit, withdrawal, game bet, game win), amount, and status (pending, approved, completed, failed).
On mobile, the transaction list is scrollable. Tap any transaction to view full details: the payment method used, confirmation number, any fees applied, and notes from our system. On desktop, you can expand each row or click a transaction ID to open a detail panel. The interface is the same across all devices—your transaction history syncs instantly.
Types of transactions in your omotogel history
Your omotogel transaction history includes six main categories. Deposits show money entering your account from DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet. Withdrawals show money leaving your account back to your payment method. Game bets show stakes you placed on live-dealer tables, slots, sports markets, or esports. Game wins show payouts you received. Bonuses show promotional credits (if applicable). Adjustments show corrections or refunds made by our team.
Each transaction record includes the amount in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), the date and time to the second, the payment method or game category, and the current status. Deposits and withdrawals show the confirmation number from your bank or e-wallet. Game transactions show the game name, your bet amount, and your result (win, loss, or push). This level of detail helps you reconcile your account and verify that all activity is correct.
Every transaction on omotogel is timestamped and logged. You can review your complete activity history anytime to verify deposits arrived, withdrawals were processed, or game results were recorded correctly.
Filtering and searching your transaction history
omotogel provides filters to help you find specific transactions quickly. You can filter by transaction type (deposits only, withdrawals only, game activity, bonuses). You can filter by date range—select a start date and end date, and we show only transactions within that window. You can filter by payment method—show only mobile banking transactions, or only local payment transfers, for example. You can also search by amount or confirmation number if you remember a specific transaction.
These filters are useful when you need to reconcile your account during a specific period, such as after Idul Fitri or Idul Adha when you may have played more frequently. They are also helpful if you need to provide documentation to our support team or if you are verifying transactions for personal record-keeping. Filters work on mobile and desktop identically.

Deposit and withdrawal records on omotogel
When you deposit via online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet, your transaction history shows the e-wallet name, the amount, and a confirmation number from the e-wallet provider. E-wallet deposits typically show "completed" status within seconds. If a deposit shows "pending," it means our system is still waiting for confirmation from the e-wallet provider—this usually resolves within minutes.
Bank transfers via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet show your virtual-account number, the amount, and the bank's confirmation number. Bank deposits may show "pending" for a few minutes while the transfer settles. Once our system detects the transfer, the status changes to "completed" and your balance updates instantly.
Withdrawals show the payment method you selected, the amount, and the date you requested the withdrawal. The status progresses from "pending" (awaiting our review) to "approved" (cleared for processing) to "completed" (funds sent to your payment method). If a withdrawal is delayed, check the status in your transaction history. If it shows "approved," funds are in transit to your bank or e-wallet. If it shows "pending," our team is still reviewing it. You can contact our support team if a withdrawal is delayed longer than expected.
Withdrawals return to your original payment method
If you deposited via mobile banking, your withdrawal goes back to local payment. If you used online payment, funds return to e-wallet. This rule protects your account from fraud.
Game activity in your transaction history
Every game you play on omotogel—whether live-dealer blackjack, slots like Aviator or Sweet Bonanza, sports betting on Liga 1 or Piala Indonesia, or esports markets like Mobile Legends or Free Fire—appears in your transaction history. Each game record shows the game name, your stake amount, the result (win, loss, or push), and your net gain or loss.
Game records are timestamped to the second, so you can see exactly when you played. If you played multiple rounds of the same game, each round appears as a separate transaction. This granular logging helps you track your gaming patterns and verify that all results were recorded correctly. If you believe a game result was incorrect, you can reference the transaction ID and timestamp when contacting our support team.
Using transaction history for account verification and disputes
When you verify your omotogel account before your first withdrawal, our team may review your transaction history to confirm your identity and payment method match. We check that deposits came from an account in your name and that withdrawals go to the same account. This verification protects you from fraud and ensures compliance with local regulations in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Semarang, and Yogyakarta.
If you dispute a transaction—for example, if you believe a deposit did not arrive or a game result was incorrect—provide our support team with the transaction ID and date. We can then pull the full record, verify the status with your payment provider or game system, and resolve the issue. Transaction history is the primary tool we use to investigate disputes, so keeping accurate records on your end is also helpful.
Data retention and privacy on omotogel
We retain your transaction history indefinitely for compliance and dispute resolution. You can access your complete transaction history anytime, even years after a transaction occurred. We do not delete transaction records unless required by law or at your explicit request.
Your transaction history is encrypted and stored securely. Only you and our authorized support staff can view it. We do not share transaction details with third parties, advertisers, or other users. If you have privacy concerns or want to request deletion of specific records, contact our support team. Our services are available only where local law permits, and we comply with all applicable data-protection regulations in your jurisdiction.
